Great to meet you!

One of my favorite parts about therapy is the openness to explore what you've been through, where you are, and where you'd like to go. I am experienced in helping folks with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. I have experience with working with the LGBTQ+ community, folks who have experienced addiction, and hold cultural humility in my work. I want your intersectionality to feel held with respect and care.

My approach to therapy

I often utilize Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (AF-EMDR) to support folks experiences symptoms of trauma, depression, and anxiety. This can get to the roots of what is contributing to the intensity of our experiences at times and often times provide rapid relief. When I'm not using AF-EMDR, I typically use narrative therapy which helps get closest to your own experience and develop agency and understanding of your context and life.

What you can expect from me

It’s important that my clients feel safe and understood as we collaborate to find what is needed whether that be peace, healing, joy, energy, or whatever else you are seeking. I hope to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
