Great to meet you!

Since 2004, I have been working in the field of mental health. I have been working as a counselor/therapist since 2013. I am a father (to 3 daughters and 1 son) and a husband (of 1 wife of more than 15 years).

My areas of experience and interest include helping with challenges relating to:

  • Relationships (i.e. with self as well as between a man and a woman - addressing emotional and sexual connection)
  • Parenting
  • Work and workplace issues
  • Nutritional considerations relating to mental health
  • Relationship with money

My approach to therapy

In a word, my approach to therapy is “collaborative”. I view therapy as a partnership. A client determines they would like to partner up with me to help them work towards producing the changes in their lives they long for.

As the child of parents who worked in education, I often make a session an educational experience by helping individuals gain better understanding about themselves, their situations and circumstances so that they can more effectively address the challenges in their lives.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to be better equipped to respond to the situations and circumstances of their life.
