Great to meet you!

Something feels off. Your mind won’t slow down, sleep is inconsistent, and stress feels constant. It’s hard to focus, relax, or feel like yourself. You may notice changes in appetite, motivation, or energy, and you might be coping in ways you want to stop like smoking or other habits that no longer serve you. For athletes, performers, and professionals, stress can also show up as declining performance when you know you're capable of more. You don’t have to figure this out alone. I work with adults, teens, athletes, and professionals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional overwhelm, and habits they want to change.

My approach to therapy

Mental health is health. In our work together, you’ll learn how mental health affects the body and how to use practical skills to restore balance. Therapy will be active and engaging not just talking. I integrate Mindfulness, Clinical Hypnotherapy, DBT-informed therapy, and other strategies to help the mind and body work together toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck, but leave with stronger coping skills, improved emotional regulation, and better focus in daily life. Therapy can help you reconnect with your best self. Starting therapy can be a big step. If you’re considering reaching out, I’m happy to answer questions to help you feel comfortable starting.
