Great to meet you!

Hello, and thank you for considering me to support your mental health journey.

I’m a licensed therapist with extensive experience helping individuals navigate a wide range of challenges. My background includes 8 years of practice in the field of mental health, where I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across various ages, backgrounds, and life circumstances.

I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health counseling from Nyack Graduate Alliance and I am committed to lifelong learning.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in creating a safe, open space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. Therapy should feel like a partnership, where we work together to identify what’s on your mind and what you want to address. I’m here to listen actively, offer insights, and provide guidance, but the direction of our work is ultimately shaped by your goals and priorities.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients who work with me can expect to walk away from sessions with a deeper sense of clarity, practical strategies, and actionable insights.
