My approach to therapy

I am an experienced and passionate clinical social worker who is excited to work with YOU- if you are reading this then you are seeking a better understanding of yourself and in need of change. I work from a strength-based approach to support and enhance client’s growing sense of self-respect, self-agency, and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

Through reflection, analysis and hands-on application of therapy, I have helped many clients to develop new coping skills, insights and and capacity to resolve life challenges. Each client is unique and I will tailor therapy to your specific needs, from more traditional evidence-based techniques (CBT, DBT, EMDR) to holistic and creative (Gestalt, Enneagram).

It would be a pleasure and honor to collaborate with you on this journey of self-healing and positive change!
