Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric provider with years of experience in mental health care. I earned my degrees from Wilkes University, PA, and have worked in outpatient and long-term care settings. I specialize in the treatment of a vast array of mental health disorders. I specialized in the management of depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, PTSD, and many more. I work with individuals aged 6 and above, as well as with families and couples.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing psychiatric care is my commitment to understanding the unique needs of each individual. It is centered around empathy, evidence-based practice, holistic care, and collaborative treatment planning, underpinned by a commitment to diversity, continuous learning, and self-reflection. Ultimately, my goal is to support you in your journey towards healing, growth, and resilience, while advocating for your overall health and wellness.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, understood, and empowered by providing a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges without judgment. You can expect to take away deeper insights into your mental health. You can expect to feel validated and supported. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself openly and honestly, knowing that you will be met with compassion and understanding.
