Great to meet you!

Welcome! As a certified clinical social worker and therapist, I would love to explore how strengths you already have can be used to improve your mental health. For the past 7 years, I've practiced in an outpatient hospital setting and I love working with veterans, active duty military and first responders. Let's talk!

My approach to therapy

I spend time getting to know each client; my style is conversational and I often use humor during my sessions. I want you to feel respected and heard - feel free to be honest with me if the approach I'm taking doesn't work for you. We'll collaborate to create therapy goals that highlight your unique strengths. And I might give you some homework!

What you can expect from me

I'll ask you to share your unique story during the first session and we'll set goals based on what you would like to achieve. You are always in control of what we discuss and I strive to make the environment both comfortable and fun.
