Great to meet you!

I have training and certifications in a variety of evidence-based practices. This means that I am able tailor my approach to address your unique concerns. During individual therapy, you will be guided and gently challenged to make the intentional lifestyle changes you are seeking, and to explore and examine your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that contribute to your overall experiences.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My primary approach to therapy is the Cognitive Behavioral model, which encompasses but is not limited to chronic anxiety, OCD, depression and PTSD.

What you can expect from our first session

An increased clarity and awareness of automatic thoughts that negatively impact behavior, mood and functioning, and specific strategies to reduce the experience and impact of presenting problems.
