Great to meet you!

I’ve been a licensed clinical therapist since 2005, having graduated from Loyola University Maryland. I love what I do & consider it a privilege to journey with my clients as they learn healthier ways to cope with life's stressors. I'm intentional about creating a warm and supportive environment where my clients feel safe to explore and grow.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach to therapy which includes psychodynamic, CBT, and mind/body interventions. Often we explore past experiences and how they are impacting you today. We also look at your patterns of thinking and how they may be influencing your perceptions and reactions to your life experiences. I enjoy teaching my clients about mindfulness & meditation and their application for everyday life; believing that we can all benefit from being more aware and present to our lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave our sessions feeling heard, empowered, and supported. They can also look forward to learning healthier ways of thinking and behaving that are in-line with their values and life goals. Clients will learn the skills necessary to make positive changes in their lives. Change is never easy...as humans we try to avoid it at all cost. Having someone to journey with you as you make healthier choices can be just what you need to be successful.
