Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Michele, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with decades of experience in working with clients on finding their best path forward. My career has been both as a therapist and coach in college and international athletics. I feel like my professional and personal life experiences have prepared me to meet clients where they are and allow them to feel comfortable with sharing the parts of themselves that they normally don’t share with others.

My approach to therapy

My intention is to walk with you on your journey, providing insight and helping to identify areas to improve and strategies to do so.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will discuss what it is that brings you to therapy. I will facilitate a conversation that explores your strengths as well as where you have struggled in the past. We will identify your initial goals and develop a tentative treatment plan so that you know what to expect moving forward.
