Great to meet you!

As a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, I support individuals to develop an integrated, authentic, and joyful sense of self. I am genuine, interactive, and use a mix of creative, talk, and body-based therapies to guide people through difficulties to live fuller, more meaningful lives. I have been practicing for 15 years, specializing in grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem with adolescents, adults, and families.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaboration to examine concerns and experiences with curiosity, kindness, and without judgment. Within the safety of a compassionate therapeutic relationship, we can activate and strengthen your innate capacity for wisdom and wellness. I work holistically and with curiosity about all the elements that shape your experience and the world.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will work together to clarify what is needed to achieve your goals. I strive to create a warm, genuine, interactive environment with a mix of talking, humor, and mind-body techniques that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
