Great to meet you!

The way you think, feel, and act creates your reality.

But what happens when the reality you're experiencing doesn't feel aligned with the life you deeply desire?

Perhaps you've spent years overthinking, managing anxiety, striving for perfection, people-pleasing, or carrying the responsibility of being the one who always has it together. You may be successful and capable on the outside, yet internally feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by stress, or trapped in the belief that no matter how much you accomplish, it's never enough. These patterns aren't flaws to fix. They're valuable signals inviting you to understand yourself more deeply. I help adults who struggle with anxiety, chronic overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions uncover the unconscious beliefs and emotional patterns that keep them stuck.

Together, we'll move beyond simply managing symptoms and begin creating lasting change through deeper self-awareness, emotional healing, and intentional action. By cultivating a stronger connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, you can create a reality rooted in greater ease, fulfillment, authenticity, confidence, connection, and pleasure. You're not meant to simply get through life- you are meant to consciously create a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.

My approach to therapy

I don’t just help you reframe negative thoughts- I help you understand what those thoughts are trying to signal. We’ll explore what you truly long for, and from that space of awareness, you can begin to shift: into a new way of relating to yourself, others, and life. I believe therapy is about bringing awareness to your emotions, thoughts and actions. Once you understand what is happening within you and how those patterns got there, you gain freedom. You get to choose how you want to respond to stressors, change how you interact with yourself, and heal from past experiences. I specialize in helping clients use negative thoughts not just as something to silence, but as signals pointing toward unmet desires. By shifting attention from what’s missing to the felt sense of what’s longed for, therapy opens up more ease, pleasure, and authentic connection.

What you can expect from me

I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and I pull from multiple theories and techniques to meet your individual needs. I am here to help you release the stories that no longer serve you, creating space to begin identifying your next, most empowered chapter. Together, we'll uncover your most liberating insights and use them to shape the life you've always envisioned. Our work together is grounded in acceptance of the present moment and a steady reminder of the innate self-healing wisdom within you. You are the true architect of your reality. I simply provide the framework that supports you in rediscovering and reclaiming that power. In our sessions, we'll gently dissolve subconscious blocks and dismantle outdated narratives that have been holding you back. From there, we'll focus on forming the reality you desire and stepping fully into your potential.
