My approach blends evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with a compassionate and practical style. I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique needs, and I work closely with clients to build coping strategies, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop resilience.

My strengths include helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
