Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, stress, or major life changes begin to impact your daily life. Reaching out for support can be difficult, but you don't have to navigate those challenges alone.

With nearly 30 years of counseling experience, I work with adults and older adults who are looking for practical tools, new perspectives, and meaningful support as they move through difficult seasons. Whether you're feeling stuck, struggling with relationships, coping with grief, or managing ongoing stress, we'll work together to better understand what's contributing to your challenges and identify strategies that help you move forward.

I believe therapy should be a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My goal is to help you build on your existing strengths, develop effective coping skills, and create positive, lasting change in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Family Systems approaches, and other evidence-based modalities to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behavioral patterns.

Together, we'll identify what's no longer serving you, explore new ways of approaching challenges, and build practical skills that support your goals both inside and outside of therapy.
