Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Hola, me alegro estás aquí. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma who works with individuals and families navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, substance use, and family-related challenges.

If life feels overwhelming, relationships feel strained, or past experiences are still affecting your present, you don’t have to carry that alone. I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to better understand what’s going on and create meaningful change.

My goal is to help you feel safer, stronger, and more in control of your life moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I use evidence-based methods such as trauma-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, strength-based approaches, and problem-solving strategies.

Together, we’ll work on healing past wounds, managing anxiety and stress, improving relationships, and building practical tools you can use in everyday life. I meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a comfortable, judgment-free space where we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you’d like to see change.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. I’ll help guide the conversation, and together we’ll begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels supportive and realistic.

My hope is that you leave feeling heard, encouraged, and more hopeful about what comes next.
