A little bit about me: I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor. I have worked with various populations, cultures, and religions including people with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, religious trauma, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, and the LGBTQIA population to list a few.

My approach to therapy

I like a person-centered approach allowing you, as the client, to determine what is needed and wanted while on this therapy journey to health, healing, and wholeness.

My focus, during our sessions, is to provide you with unconditional positive regard, empathy, and understanding so that when you leave the session that you feel heard and understood and that, no matter what, you have someone in your corner ready to listen without judgement.
