Great to meet you!

I bring over 18 years of diverse professional experience to my work as a therapist. I have supported individuals ages 14 to 80 in both outpatient and residential settings, helping hundreds of clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and move through important life transitions with greater insight and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My style is relaxed, eclectic, and relationship-based. I work from a client-centered, strengths-based perspective and incorporate trauma-informed and attachment-focused approaches. Modalities I frequently draw from include ACT, IFS, and DBT.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm and relaxed environment focused on building a genuine connection. I’ll ask some questions along the way, but I promise it won’t feel like an interview!
