Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing trauma-informed therapy to adolescents and adults navigating the effects of trauma, ADHD, and chronic stress. I work from a strengths-based, collaborative approach, recognizing how nervous system regulation, past experiences, and neurodiversity shape daily functioning and emotional well-being.

My work centers on helping clients develop practical tools for emotional regulation, self-understanding, and resilience while creating a safe space to process trauma at a pace that feels supportive and empowering. I integrate evidence-based, trauma-responsive approaches tailored to each individual, honoring both their lived experiences and unique strengths.

I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who have felt misunderstood or overwhelmed by traditional expectations, and I strive to foster therapy that is validating, compassionate, and affirming.

My approach to therapy

I provide a trauma-informed, compassionate space where clients feel safe and supported. Using CBT, we build practical coping skills and challenge unhelpful thought patterns. Through Motivational Interviewing, I help clients clarify goals, strengthen motivation, and create meaningful, sustainable change at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding your unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. Together, we’ll explore your goals for therapy and identify what you hope to achieve, so we can create a plan that is personalized and realistic. This initial session is a safe space to share your story at your own pace and begin building a foundation of trust, understanding, and collaboration.
