Great to meet you!

So grateful you’re taking the necessary steps to find a therapist that meets your needs! My belief is that therapy can be a "last resort" for some people. Typically, you have tried to resolve your conflicts or problems on your own and are now seeking additional support. Therapy is more than just a supportive environment though. When I conduct therapy, my work includes identifying the root of the problem, establishing a timeline of the problem and the outcomes it has created, and developing a goal that will establish progress, growth, and empowerment.

My approach to therapy

I have experience providing therapeutic services in a variety of settings, including a residential facility, outpatient offices, and virtually. In the past 8 years, I have gained insight into treating individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. I have done in-depth work on self-esteem, anger management, and communication.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will get to know one another a little better and determine if we are a good match. I will ask some general questions and provide a space for you to share your concerns or issues. You should expect a collaborative interaction during every session where we process changes and plan for your future.
