Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don't have to face it on your own. I work with adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and women's issues, while also supporting concerns such as bipolar disorder, trauma, grief and loss, stress management, interpersonal conflict, identity exploration, and chronic health challenges. I primarily work with adults with ADHD. My style is open-minded, creative, warm, and solution-oriented, and I strive to create a supportive space where you feel comfortable exploring what's on your mind. Whether you're navigating a major life transition or simply looking for healthier ways to cope, we'll work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be personalized to your unique experiences and goals. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools for everyday life. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your resilience, and build skills to improve emotional well-being, relationships, and overall quality of life. My goal is to provide a collaborative experience where you feel empowered to make progress at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can be yourself. It's natural to feel vulnerable when beginning therapy, and I'm committed to meeting you with empathy, respect, and genuine curiosity. We'll celebrate your progress, work through setbacks together, and focus on creating realistic strategies that support your growth both during and between sessions. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel heard, supported, and confident in your ability to move forward.
