Great to meet you!

Sometimes, we all need help to get through life's ups, downs, twists and turns. I use a strengths-based approach to life's challenges. As a licensed professional counselor, I have worked with many to help them through tough times. You may have a small issue or a larger issue all can be overcome with the right person to be there for you to talk to and guide you to make the changes you want. I am hoping that we can connect and seek to better your life from the inside out.

My approach to therapy

I currently see clients from 12 yrs old to 99 who are working on many types of issues whether individual or couples. I use stories and analogies to give alternative perspectives to life's problems as a positive way to inspire my clients to make healthy changes and to better their lives. I am in training for an EMDR certification which is a therapy type to work with those who have experienced trauma. I also have an alcohol and drug certification to help those experiencing addiction.

What you can expect from me

My clients are the drivers of their own treatment. I hope to give what is needed to aid in what they want out of therapy. Occasionally, you might expect journal topics, worksheets, emails, or videos to reinforce what has been revealed during the session. Typically sessions are 50 mins in length and weekly to start.
