With more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I provide virtual counseling for adults, couples, and families who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Christian counseling when desired, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand patterns, strengthen relationships, manage stress, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship concerns, life transitions, communication difficulties, grief, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to build a healthier path forward.
