Great to meet you!

Hi! I have been working in the field of therapy for over 10 years -from pre-licensed to licensed. I am certified in TFCBT (trauma focused CBT), Anxiety and ADHD. I feel that providing psychoeducation is also important, especially when it comes to parent/child relationships. I am easy going, yet I will be blunt up front, however, having said that, I do my best to always be respectful to everyone. I have my degree(s) specializing in Psychology as I find that learning more about the brain and how we as humans react is truly fascinating. I believe that everyone deserves respect and its ok to ask for help at times- without judgement. Lets talk!

My approach to therapy

Kind, thoughtful and caring. I like a more positive/optimistic approach in my therapy.

What you can expect from me

I like to talk time to get to know someone, rather than jump into the "issues" right away, unless the client requests that type of session. I can go with the flow, but I also make notes mentally of themes etc--that can be circled back to.
