I am a dual board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have strong passion for mental health. I offer medical management and brief talk therapy for depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, PTSD, OCD, stress, grief, ADHD and other mental health concerns. I am accepting clients in Ohio, Oregon, & WV. I really enjoy getting to know my clients and I look forward to getting to know you and helping you feel like your best self again. Health 419 offers telehealth services or in person appointments. I take the time to get to know you, what your needs are, and what your goals of care are. I take an open minded approach and offer treatment with or without medications.

Our initial visit I will spend time getting to know about your life and your concerns. I will ask a lot of questions to help me better help you. We will discuss treatment options and together, we will come up with the best plan for you. We will typically have follow up appointments monthly, sometimes more frequent if needed. My goal is for you to walk away from our sessions feeling heard and confident we are on the right path to helping you feel your best.
