Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Michelle and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in SC and NC. My education includes a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and a Master's degree in Professional Counseling. If you would like to explore your connection to a Higher Power, you are welcomed to do so. However, it is totally up to you and voluntary. I have certifications in the mind/body connection as well as integrative mental health approaches to therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic and holistic in nature. I look at all aspects of who you are as a person Physically, Mentally, Spiritually, and Socially. I believe people begin to heal when they feel safe and supported. It is my desire to assist you in finding your answers, while developing inner peace.

What you can expect from me

I offer a safe space for you to be heard without judgment. Depending on what your goals are, I may give exercises for you to use between sessions.
