I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience treating both mental health and substance use disorders. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings and specialize in treating patients with co occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
I believe mental health care should feel intentional and personal. I take a collaborative, conservative approach to medication management and believe clients should feel heard and supported.
The first session will be spent getting to know you, your history and mental health goals. If medication is part of your treatment plan we will make a plan together to help reach your goals.
