Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I want to commend you on taking this step toward self-care. Our mental health is just as important as our physical health yet sometimes it takes a back seat. As a clinician for almost 20 years, I have spent my career helping clients achieve their mental health goals. I have had the privilege of working with all different walks of life from young children to adults helping them to uncover their strength through difficult moments of their lives.

My approach to therapy

I am licensed in FL, IL, MD, MO, TN, WI and I have a great deal of experience helping clients through a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anger, hopelessness, anxiety, stress, life transitions and dysfunctional eating. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe place to discuss feelings openly, without judgement. I pride myself in my ability to build a therapeutic relationship with my clients that allows us to work openly and collaboratively.

What you can expect from me

My approach to counseling is eclectic focusing on the needs of my clients helping them take small, actionable steps toward progress. When life hands us challenges it can be overwhelming. Focusing on small steps toward a larger goal can help reduce stress and help us to move forward. I meet my clients where they are and work with them to progress at their pace. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you to get you through whatever challenges life throws your way.
