Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life changes. I have a strong background in both mental health and addiction recovery, which allows me to meet clients with empathy, honesty, and real-world understanding.

My work is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. I use CBT, grounding techniques, and practical coping tools to support clients in building emotional stability, confidence, and resilience. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, heard, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported, so I create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), grounding techniques, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions to help clients build insight and develop practical skills they can use in everyday life. I focus on understanding the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and working together to create healthier ways of coping, communicating, and connecting.

I meet every client exactly where they are—whether they’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, or major life transitions—and tailor the work to their unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a comfortable, low-pressure conversation where we get to know each other and begin understanding what you’re going through. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been feeling, and what you hope to change or improve. There’s no judgment, no rush, and no expectation to share more than you’re ready for.

Clients often leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and clearer about their goals. Together, we’ll identify immediate needs, talk through coping strategies, and outline a direction for our work. My priority is to create a safe, grounded environment where you feel comfortable opening up and confident that you don’t have to navigate things alone.
