Great to meet you!

Congratulations on taking this step to find a therapist! I know how daunting it can be!

Through my 9 years in hospice social work, I discovered deep meaning in offering emotional support to my patients and families. That experience continues to shape me today — I find the same sense of purpose in building authentic, trusting relationships with my clients as a therapist.

My focus

I work best with adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship stress, or the pressures of everyday life. Using a supportive, strength-based approach and incorporating CBT, I help you better understand your patterns and build practical tools to feel more confident and grounded.

My approach to therapy

I provide support and guidance to my clients as they explore their values, strengths, and readiness for change in a respectful, nonjudgmental way. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in discovering their own motivation and direction.

I’m also passionate about supporting adults struggling with Anxiety and Depression and as a Late-Diagnosed Woman with ADHD, I am enthusiastic about uncovering and embracing the wonderful qualities and gifts of Neurodivergence while also helping find strategies and tools to soften the challenges that often accompany it.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will start to explore your story and begin building a relationship and charting a course for where you want to go and how you want to feel.

To grow and be the best version of yourself, it takes patience, determination and self-care. It is not easy but it is so worth it!

My goals for you

Therapy offers a gentle place to slow down, reflect, and begin again. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most to you, set thoughtful goals, and move at your pace toward growth, healing, and a more meaningful life.

Our first session

We’ll begin with gentle introductions and spend time talking about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for. If things feel unclear, we’ll figure them out together. I strive to create a warm, safe space where you can ask questions and begin at your own pace.

I look forward to walking alongside you as you set goals, work towards accomplishing them and having hope for your future.
