Great to meet you!

I am a Native American woman, Navy veteran, and licensed clinical social worker with a deep passion for healing and service. My career has focused on supporting rural communities, and I have experience working with Native Americans, veterans, men, women, adolescents, and seniors. I help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they navigate their healing and recovery.

My approach to therapy

My approach is culturally responsive and evidence-based, honoring each person’s lived experience while supporting meaningful, lasting change. I aim to create a warm, safe, and supportive space where clients can openly share life’s challenges and work collaboratively toward personalized, effective strategies that promote emotional and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, caring and safe space where they feel heard and respected. Our early sessions focus on understanding what’s bringing you to therapy, exploring your strengths and support systems, and identifying what you’d like to change or improve. Together, we’ll begin building practical skills that support resilience, emotional well-being, and a sense of hope moving forward.
