Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (NC). I completed my graduate education at Messiah University. I have 10+ years of directing children and youth programs as well as working with families in all stages of life. I enjoy working alongside individuals, couples, families and adolescents. I have particular interest in working through conflicts in relationships and working with women in leadership positions. My specialties include, trauma, grief, family transitions, chronic or sudden illness, spiritual formation, and leadership development.

My approach to therapy

At heart, I am a helper, encourager, and challenger. What this means is that in sessions, I take a compassionate, direct, creative, and patient approach. It is important to me that you are heard clearly, your goals are made a priority, and resources are presented to help you utilize your own strengths to reach these goals.

What you can expect from me

I foster a counseling environment that is safe and comfortable for you to share and process anything that comes up in our sessions.
