Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Michelle! I like to do a custom therapy treatment individualized for each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am very person-centered, compassionate, and warm, believing that the client is the expert of their life. I am here to hear you process, ask questions, and help you to reach your goals. I also add ADHD coaching when indicated.

My approach to therapy

My style of therapy is to keep it warm and upbeat, and empower you with tools and self-confidence to achieve your goals and dreams. We work hard in sessions but often leave a bit of time at the end of session to have some bonding and rapport and leave a client emotionally regulated to go back to work or go about their day.

What you can expect from me

My goal in therapy is that you learn a lot about yourself during sessions, and grow during session. And then between sessions, we’ll make sure you have an intention for the week and coping skills to try out for faster results and improvement in quality of life.
