Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience. I help support adults navigating anxiety and mood concerns, trauma, relationship conflict, stress and grief and loss.

I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through many different seasons of life during my work in schools, domestic violence programs, child welfare, outpatient mental health clinics, and private practice. Each experience strengthened my belief in the power of healing through connection.

My approach to therapy

Life can feel heavy, especially when you're carrying around so much. On the outside, you may seem capable and steady. But internally, you might feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck or unsure of yourself. Maybe you're in a season of transition of becoming a parent, navigating relationship changes, shifting careers or quietly questioning who you are. Therapy can help you feel more supported, confident, and steady during difficult times.

I take a warm, collaborative approach. Together, we’ll explore coping skills, make sense of what’s going on, and find ways to feel more connected to yourself and your life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, it will be a relaxed conversation. We’ll talk about what brought you in, a bit of your background, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. You don’t need to prepare anything and we’ll take it one step at a time.
