Great to meet you!
have experience working in community-based programs and government agencies, including a mobile mental health crisis unit, domestic violence programs, a VA medical center, inpatient psychiatric services, and medical social work. Since 2018, I’ve been in private practice, continuing to build on these diverse clinical experiences.I specialize in assessing and treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD and Level 1 Autism. I am especially committed to supporting individuals from historically marginalized communities and those impacted by systemic oppression and identity-based harm. My work is grounded in an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed approach that centers your unique lived experiences.I understand how trauma—whether personal, systemic, or both—can impact mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. In our work together, we’ll explore the mind-body connection and its role in healing. Therapy will focus on helping you reclaim your life by building resilience, managing symptoms, and creating more adaptive meaning from past experiences. Together, we’ll work toward developing new neural pathways that support more positive and empowering ways of living.
