My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic and can vary widely based on the unique preferences and needs of the individual. I focus on your individual needs by combining various concepts from diverse therapy models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend some time getting to know each other, I'll ask about your history, experiences and interests in engaging in therapy. In addition, we'll start to build some goals. I will cover my policies and answer any questions you may have. If interested in future appointments, we will go ahead and schedule your next appointment.
