Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience, I offer a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach for high-achieving adults who have been strong for a long time.

Therapy is a place to let your guard down and be met with kindness and respect. Using strength-based, solution-focused, and trauma-informed practices, we work together to build resilience, strengthen communication, and nurture deeper, more meaningful connections that support your growth.

My approach to therapy

I firmly believe that when adults take 'A Moment' to share what’s happening in their lives, they gain a sense of empowerment that ripples into healthier, happier families.

In our sessions, we’ll work together to address the topics and build the skills that are most meaningful to you. Just as life shifts from one moment to the next, so do our needs, which is why every session is client-centered.

My goal is to help you develop new skills, track progress, and model healthy, supportive relationships."

What you can expect from me

You can expect "A Moment" to help you catch your breath, and be fully heard. The focus of each session is up to you. Today's world often can lead to feelings of isolation, not being heard or overwhelmed by current situations.

My specialty is working across the life span to provide support in creating solutions that are right for you.
