Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting folks navigating trauma, family and relational conflict, anxiety, overwhelm, neurodivergence, PTSD/C-PTSD, and shame. If you have chronically felt like “too much” or “not enough” it is my goal to help you finally feel valuable, understood, heard, grounded, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

In sessions I like to engage folks in mindfulness and body-oriented/somatic techniques. I am EMDR trained and enjoy utilizing this tool to help clients move forward with healing.

What you can expect from me

Regardless of your experiences, you can trust me to be real with you. It can be difficult to reach out for therapy, whether you have done this before or it is your first time. It's understandable to feel unsure about this process, but I am here to help you navigate. Through our collaboration together you can learn more about yourself, share some laughs, and gain some skills. Let’s work together to help you thrive!
