Great to meet you!

I provide respectful, understanding therapy to support you in living your best life. Whether you’re navigating relationship struggles, communication challenges, depression, anxiety, or the weight of “overthinking,” I’m here to help. I work with couples, adolescents, adults, and LGBTQ+ clients through secure telehealth sessions, offering a flexible and confidential space for healing. My background as a PhD Developmental Psychologist, LMFT (Lic. 203700), North Carolina, LMFT (Lic.21022) and my experience with bipolar disorder, addiction, and abuse allow me to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your needs.

My approach to therapy

Clients describe my approach as warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Together, we’ll uncover unhelpful patterns, strengthen communication skills, and build tools for lasting change. I work with individuals, couples, and families ages 13 to 65+, offering guidance for challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and emotional regulation.

What you can expect from me

Happiness is when what you think, say, and do are in harmony. Let’s work together to create meaningful change and help you feel more balanced, connected, and empowered. I invite you to take that first step toward alignment and well-being. Please visit my website to request a free phone consultation or schedule a session.
