Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider (PMH-C). I specialize in working with people who are pregnant, in the postpartum period, or anyone dealing with trauma or infertility. I also work with individuals who are dealing with chronic pain from conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS/PMOS, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. My clients often want to learn how to regulate themselves better, feel connected with their bodies, and be able to trust their instincts. It is important to me that every client feels empowered and respected throughout the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with individuals who are committed to developing healthy coping skills and want to improve their relationships. My clients are often dealing with challenges related to pregnancy and parenting, role transitions, or are working through establishing healthier family dynamics.

What you can expect from me

In session with me, you can expect to feel heard, validated, and safe. It is important to me that every client feels empowered and respected. If you're struggling with not feeling like yourself lately, or are just confused about what you should do next, please reach out for a consult or to schedule an appointment. I'm looking forward to getting to know you.
