Great to meet you!

As an an expert in relationships and sexual intimacy, as well as life's harder moments, when things feel bleak or it is hard to trust that things will work out again, I am here for you. I am empathic, patient, thoughtful, challenging, and an out of the box thinker offering a steady hand to steer you toward your highest path. I am driven by your goals and act as an accountability partner and friendly ally on your journey to seek pleasure, change, and empowerment. I believe there is opportunity in crisis (big and small) and that you are here because you know what it is you need. Let me help you recover your true SELF.

My approach to therapy

I am direct, honest, and deeply compassionate as I work with my clients. I will meet you where you are but may also gently challenge you to get where you're headed effectively. I am humorous, laid back, insightful, and at ease with human frailty and the often clumsy path of doing things anew. You have nothing to hide when I'm around--I invite you to just be you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about you! I want to hear your story. I want to know what has been irking you and what you want to see shift for the better, as well as what you are ready to let go of or move forward towards. I want to know what led you to call about therapy and what concerns you have about this process, so we can see if we are a right "fit" and get a feel for each other's style and personality. Finding a good therapist is like finding the right pair of jeans--you should feel comfortable, present, and embodied with just a little discomfort as you break through the newness. But, overall, I want you to walk away from our sessions feeling satisfied and a bit more confident!
