Great to meet you!

I earned my Bachelor of Social Work in 2013 and my Master of Social Work in 2018. I'm a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, trauma, OCD, intrusive thoughts, substance use concerns, and life transitions. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative, and I use approaches such as EMDR, exposure-based therapy, and an eclectic approach tailored to each client.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I want clients to feel understood and comfortable being themselves, while also working toward real change. I use EMDR, exposure-based therapy, and an eclectic style tailored to each person's needs. I'm solution-oriented, but I keep things human, sometimes with a little humor, and I try to make room for the hard stuff without rushing it.

What you can expect from me

in our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. We'll talk about what brings you in, what you're hoping to change, and set realistic goals that fit your needs. I try to meet clients where they are, while moving at a pace that feels manageable.
