Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that firmly believes in personalized and whole-person care. I am a neurodivergent therapist that loves to work with other neurodivergent people. I have been practicing therapy since 2019. I have worked in schools as well as working in a group therapy practice.

My approach to therapy

Each individual has their own story and unique life experience. I firmly believe in making sure that my work with clients is unique to each person and is focused on how each person is individually as well as acknowledging how the larger systems of life impact their functioning. I love working with client to find creative ways to address any challenges or barriers in their life.

What you can expect from me

When working with a new client I always start with an introductory session where we will focus you and your story as well as what you are wanting to focus on during therapy. It is important to me that we are able to build trust and that you feel comfortable talking about your life and your needs. From there, we will continue to work together on your goals.
