Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Life Coach, with additional certifications in Career, Health and Retirement coaching. I work with people who are dealing with stress, anxiety, ADHD, parenting, family and workplace issues, as well as grief and loss. I especially enjoy helping people with career planning and health coaching.

My approach to therapy

I approach counseling with the philosophy that we heal best when we feel heard and understood. Sometimes a fresh perspective, or someone to offer a thought-provoking question or insight, helps us see things differently and can lift us up. I consider myself privileged to help people share, explore, and discover more about themselves and learn how to use their strengths to create the life they want.

What you can expect from me

I can help you clarify what you want, explore your thoughts and feelings, recognize your strengths, and identify steps you can take to change the things you want to change.
