Great to meet you!

Hi, I am glad you are here.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical (LCSW) with 5 years of experience. My work centers on PTSD and trauma, including childhood trauma, neglect, and family or relationship abuse. I also support clients with anxiety, relational patterns, and identity development.

As a Latina and a military spouse, I understand what it feels like to live between two worlds, to move often, and to hold a lot at once. That personal experience shapes how I show up with clients, especially Latino and first-generation clients who are navigating cultural identity, family expectations, and the pressure of carrying responsibilities in more than one language and culture.

I offer sessions in English and Spanish, and I see clients virtually, so you can talk with me from a space where you feel most comfortable.

If you are ready to feel more like yourself, I would be glad to walk that path with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered. I believe healing happens when a person feels safe, seen, and never rushed. I draw on Parts Work to help clients understand the different sides of themselves, and I bring a somatic lens into our work, paying attention to how stress and trauma show up in the body, not just in thought patterns. I also weave in cultural context because family expectations and cultural identity often shape what someone is carrying. My goal is to help you build insight, regulate your nervous system, and move toward the kind of relationships and life that feel true to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other. I will ask what brought you to therapy, what has been weighing on you, and what you hope will feel different. There is no pressure to share everything right away. We will go at a pace that feels manageable for you. By the end of the session, you will have a sense of how I work, and we will start shaping a plan together for what our work moving forward can look like.
