Great to meet you!

Hi everyone! I’m Miguel Lopez—an LCSW, LAC, bilingual professional, husband, father, and combat veteran. I’m passionate about supporting others on their healing journey, whether they’re navigating past trauma, mental health challenges, or substance use concerns brought on by life’s stressors.

Outside of work, I enjoy sports, video games, movies and TV shows, spending quality time with family and friends, and getting outdoors to fish, hunt, or camp.

If you ever have questions or need support, please feel free to reach out. Wishing you a blessed day!

My approach to therapy

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use challenges, and trauma related to life stressors, relationships, or family dynamics. In our initial sessions, we’ll take time to understand what you’re facing and collaborate on a plan that helps you regain a sense of control and direction. Many clients begin noticing gradual improvements within the first month.

My therapeutic style is direct, open-minded, and grounded in genuine empathy.

What you can expect from me

With more than 10 years of experience as both a case manager and a therapist specializing in mental health and substance use, I’m deeply committed to supporting individuals who are struggling. I genuinely enjoy working with people facing these challenges and consider it a privilege to walk alongside them in their healing process.

My goal is to help you build the skills and confidence needed to move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. With consistent effort and open communication, many clients begin to notice meaningful changes in symptoms and behaviors within the first few months.
