Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping people, especially those with limited English who have mental health struggles. I am a dual-board certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner. I understand trauma, depression, and the stressors of poverty in a very personal way. I combine my journey, education, and passion to deliver high-quality, individualized, uplifting care.

I have made myself available on weekends, afternoons, and evenings.

My approach to therapy

I have a solution-focused approach to my care. Our sessions will focus on how we can use therapy and medications to help you with your mental health challenges that may be affecting your relationships, work, school, or sobriety.

What you can expect from me
