I have had a wide range of experiences with all developmental stages. I help create a warm and accepting space where clients feel safe and supported. I draw from many years of experience and continue to enjoy learning new ways of helping individuals.
I build a relationship so people can express their concerns and I work to individualize my approach to the client. I consider the therapeutic journey to be where I support but also challenge the client to grow in new ways.
I expect clients to mostly feel listened to and respected in order to create a positive alliance of working together to solve issues in their life.
