Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist Associate based in Oregon, with a focus on supporting individuals and couples in building healthier relationships, improving communication, and navigating life transitions. My work is grounded in a systemic perspective, which means I look beyond the individual to understand how relationships, environments, and patterns all interact to shape your experience.

My clinical training includes working with couples, families, and individuals facing challenges such as relationship distress, anxiety, trauma, and attachment-related concerns. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Solution-Focused Therapy, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care, while integrating elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and humanistic therapy to support deeper self-understanding and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, affirming and compassionate. A goal for me, is to empower you to make meaningful changes. Therapy with me is not just about insight, it’s about helping you develop practical tools, shift patterns, and move toward the kind of life and relationships you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a safe and comfortable space where we begin to get a clear understanding of what brings you in and what you’re hoping will change. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, relevant history, and what you’ve already tried, while also paying attention to patterns in relationships, stress, and emotional responses.

We will move at a pace that feels manageable. There is no expectation to share everything all at once. My priority is helping you feel grounded, respected, and understood from the start.
