Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm glad you're here! My name is Mira Brady, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have 9 years experience as a counselor. I have worked from clients as young as 4 to mature as 50! I have worked in the capacity of a high school counselor, LPC-Associate, and now a Professional Licensed Counselor. I worked with clients that have struggled with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, phase of life struggles, veterans, active military, and spouses.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to work with you to navigate to a place that aligns with your goals and promotes peace and positivity. My counseling style includes allowing you to be honest and authentic without judgement. All humans need to be heard to heal from life's traumatic experiences. My treatment approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to analyze how you think and find the positive in every situation. I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave with the tools to help you reach and maintain your goals that brought you to therapy initially. I can assist you in developing emotional balance to ensure you can handle what life brings your way. My goal is to guide you to your destination. Your goals will become our GPS destination. We will work together to navigate to a healthier "you".
