Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who specializes in working with individuals going through life transitions (becoming parent, job changes, graduating college) and families touched by adoption, including birth parents, adoptive parents, and adoptees. I bring experience from both the clinical side and the child welfare world, and I love helping people of all ages feel seen and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, creative, and rooted in evidence-based care. I often draw from trauma-informed modalities like Narrative Exposure Therapy and Brainspotting, as well as practical, present-focused approaches like Solution Focused Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I am certified in DBT.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools they can use in daily life. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your story, build resilience, and connect with what matters most to you. Together, we’ll work toward outcomes like greater self-understanding, stronger coping skills, and confidence in navigating relationships, identity, or life’s challenges.
